FileOptics International Pty Ltd has proven
credentials in its knowledge of the Document Archiving industry
dating back to one of its first optical disk based installations
in 1989 and has achieved considerable expertise in high-volume
document intensive applications. The
FileOptics Electronic Document Warehouse is in use by a number
organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom;
either as an in-house solution or via a Bureau. Our mission
is to develop and market technologies to reduce and/or eliminate
the reliance on paper based information, processes and record keeping
systems in organisations and make this information available across
networks including the World Wide Web. We have a compelling
vision to establish ourselves as a global industry leader in the
provision of products and services for what is known as the “Digital
Document Era” that has been fuelled by eCommerce and web
communications. Over the last ten years we have dedicated
ourselves to the development, implementation and support of our
core software technology that has evolved to become the Electronic
Document Warehousing System.
Partner Solution Summary
FileOptics EDW - Electronic Document Warehouse System - sets
the standard in providing a single, product architecture to support
mission critical, document intensive business applications across
an Enterprise. Whilst competitive vendors, including current
notable industry leaders, were scrambling to create integrated
systems, FileOptics has been deploying production systems that
deliver solutions that are more simplistic and powerful than the
integrated alternatives. Put simply, we saw from the outset
that the market required an object centric approach rather than
a technology based approach to solve an organization’s paper & file
handling problems and set about using the correct technology to
achieve this aim.
