your current archiving processes and infrastructure. Based on your answers
to a series of questions, it identifies which of the five stages of archiving
best describes your organization. The results will help you understand
best practices in archiving, and benchmark your performance against these
standards. A short report will provide actionable suggestions on how
to improve your archiving processes. We highly encourage you to read

Things to consider when taking this assessment:
» Take the survey for a particular domain – e-mail, PACS, or
your entire enterprise
» You may want to take the survey several times to consider the maturity
of different archive domains in your organization
» You may want to ask peers – business and technical - to take
the survey and compare results
Who should complete the assessment?
The assessment takes about ten to fifteen minutes to complete, and can
be completed by anyone in your organization involved in archiving processes
and technologies. This may include compliance/risk managers, business
unit leaders, records managers, legal professionals, and IT personnel.
