	Appointed November 2007. Drives growth and profitability through vision and solid execution. Previously, CEO of Softek and president of Amdahl Software, as well as holding executive roles in enterprise software and telecommunications industries, including Andersen Consulting.
Timothy Arthur, BSc, FCA
	Appointed Finance Director in September 1994. Previously three years as Finance Director of a high technology manufacturer, then a subsidiary of Carlton Communication Plc and seven years at Price Waterhouse.
Non-Executive Directors
Rod Powell, PSc, CEng, FCMA, Chairman
	Appointed May 2007. Held senior roles in operations, sales and general management with Invensys, ICL and Texas Instruments in Europe and the USA. Currently non-executive director of Hanover, Renold PLC and Dust Networks Inc.
David Best, FCA
	Appointed in July 2006. Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Plasmon Plc. Currently the non-executive chairman of SHL Group Plc and a non-executive director of Servista Limited. Previously was Group Finance Director of Xansa Plc. He brings extensive US business experience to Plasmon and holds both FCA and CPA professional qualifications.
Matthew Peacock, LLM
	Appointed May 2007. Founding partner of Hanover Investors in 2002. Previously ran international M&A team in London at BZW having started career at Credit Suisse First Boston. Non-executive dirctor of Elementis Plc and SMG plc.
Dr Chris McFadden, MIEE, BSc, PhD
	Appointed in 2001. Telecoms and technology research analyst for the last 16 years, most recently at Merrill Lynch. Holds a PhD in SemiConductor Physics from Cambridge University.
